Sombat Collection - Sawasdi Tantisuk 16th July - 31st August, 2012 At 2nd Floor Sombat Permpoon Gallery Sombat Permpoon Gallery is delighted to present Sombat's collection of over 29 paintings by one of Thailand's great cultural treasures, Sawasdi Tantisuk. Sawasdi Tanitisuk is one of the most well respected Thai artist. Selected to be Thailand's National Artist in Painting in 1991. Graduated Faculty of Painting and Sculpture, Silpakorn University and Dip. Of Painting, Academy of Fine Arts, Rome, Italy. He was offered to several honors including, Artist of Distinction in Painting, The National Exhibition of Art, Phd. in Painting, Silpakorn University, National Artist in Painting and Member of The Royal Institute (painting). Sawasdi was invited to exhibit in galleries and museums throughout Asia and Europe.
